JFORCE is a community-driven functional training program built to challenge all fitness levels. Individual attention, but not individual effort — it’s team energy. You start together, work together, and finish together.

Designed by certified fitness professionals, JFORCE combines strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, cardio, agility, and power into one comprehensive program.

What is a workout like?

Tired of figuring out which combination of classes will give you strength, endurance, flexibility, cardio, agility, and power? With JFORCE, you don’t have to.
Each workout is different and designed to challenge all fitness levels through functional training, cardio, resistance work, and core exercises. Coaches provide guidance, accountability, and personalized attention in a motivating team environment.

What can I expect to gain?

With JFORCE, members build endurance, functional strength, flexibility, mental toughness, and confidence that carries beyond the workout — along with friendships and accountability from the community around them.
